The property is available to rent and sleeps four people. We require a deposit of $200 to hold your reservation with the remaining balance due upon arrival. This must be paid in cash or with a money order. Reservation deposits may be refundable if cancellation is received more than 15 days prior to arrival. No refund will be granted if reservations are canceled on or less than 15 days prior to arrival. Fresh linen will be supplied daily if requested. Please: No Smoking No Pets No Children No More Than Four People Check Out time is Noon
